Consultations

◦ In person consultation by appointments only.

◦ Face time and zoom consultation are available for regular clients only.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

◦ There is a 48 hour reschedule or cancellation requirement. Clients who do not meet the requirement a $50.00 fee will be assessed and has to be paid before services are rendered.

◦ I will need a 48 hour reschedule or cancel time frame for initial appointment if not the client, then forfeit their right to a full refund of deposit

Payments/Deposits

◦ A 50% deposit is required to be be paid in full before scheduling your appointment.

Hand Made Extensions

◦ Please schedule all custom hand made extensions a month ahead of time.  The required time allows us to perfect your desired extensions color and length. 

◦ All hand made extensions installations should be scheduled 2 weeks in advance

Products/Returns

◦ All returned product purchased online will have to go through the return process
